In the age of AI, almost anything can be generated. But creativity still belongs to everyone. So we keep creating, shooting, and serving food that looks almost too good to be real.

No filters. No artificial toppings. Just our in-house photo and video team absolutely cooking, and them pizzas with main-character energy:

We came to cook pizzas, but we were also invited into one of the most beautiful milestones in a little girl’s life.

Genco Pizza wasn’t hired to document the celebration. But because we have our own in-house photo and video team, we were able to capture a few beautiful moments happening around the GP crew, especially the laughter, the gathering of families, and the joy of celebrating another year of a child’s life.

For us, catering is never just about serving delicious, freshly made pizza. It is about cooking onsite, working around a live wood fire, and becoming part of a memory a family will carry long after the last slice is gone.

Every Genco Pizza recipe begins at home. I make these pizzas first for my own children, nieces, and nephews, so the food we serve at your celebrations is the same food I lovingly and confidently serve to my own family. And yes, the adults enjoy them just as much.

We hope to become part of many more milestones like this.

Starting to add local toppings to my pizzas feels a little like adding caramel to salty popcorn. There’s nothing extraordinary about it, yet somehow, it becomes exactly what you want while watching a movie or hanging out with friends.

That’s what surprises me about the human experience: sometimes, the simplest combinations bring the most unexpected joy.

And that's why I love the freedom I have with Genco Pizza. It may be Italian-style, but I can always make room for the Bisaya flavors I grew up with.

Bahala mo diha. Lami man gyod.

This is our La Suprema Sisig, available in chicken and pork, made with sisig from our good friends at HOTMESS, and our Bambino Bianca, topped with honey-soaked mais, Gouda cheese, and mayonnaise. A pizza the children will absolutely enjoy...and, honestly, probably the adults too.

Yesterday, sixteen people from Baking Pantry chose to spend their afternoon here at Genco Pizza.

To be honest, I’ve always been a little insecure inviting people to dine here. It’s not a polished restaurant. It’s simply our little space where we make pizza, stoke the fire, and welcome whoever walks through the door.

For the longest time, I’d find myself apologizing for what this place isn’t.

But yesterday reminded me that maybe people aren’t always looking for perfect. Sometimes they’re simply looking for real.

So I stopped trying to control every little thing. I let them stay. I let them laugh. I let them make the space their own.

And somewhere between serving pizzas, hearing conversations, and watching people enjoy themselves, I found something I didn’t know I needed. That’s a little room to breathe.

It’s funny how life works.

You think you’re the one allowing beautiful moments to happen, until you realize they were never asking for your permission. They were already on their way.

To the Baking Pantry family, thank you for filling our tiny corner with warmth, laughter, and good conversations. We hope the pizzas made you as happy as your presence made us.

Sizzling La Suprema Sisig with Quail Eggs on the sunny side, (like little crowns on a velvet pillow) to add protein to the mix, is the latest addition to the Genco Pizza menu. This Davao version of Pampanga’s best by our good friends from Hottmess simply complements the crunchiness of our herbed and highly fermented pizza doughs. Lami ba? Lami kaayo, especially when drizzled with lemon! Also available non-pork.
