Victorian Wedding Cake 🤍

I’ve always been awed every time we deliver and setup a Wedding Cake, because it is always placed in front, seated beside every couple. A wedding cake also plays a role, it actually has a 15 to 20 minutes duration of the whole program. And it is why we always have an attention to details, because a cake is not just a piece of cake, it’s a displayed art piece that is crafted and specialized just for you. Not just for a wedding cake, but also to every cake.

Grateful to God for another opportunity making a design like this. All the animals were molded from scratch, also grateful that we pulled everything together especially the stork (a bird that delivers babies), maintained its shape as it is a defying gravity type of fondant character. I held my breath while we were delivering it. 😁

Happy 1st Birthday, Draco! 🦖

This cake was ready by 8am, and when client arrived, we were surprised when she told usif they could leave it til 10am to chill. And I asked why, but our client said…

“Ibyahe paman gud namo og Kidapawan maam, amoa na lang hapiton unya dretso byahe.”

As the baker, I can’t help but worry about the distance the cake will be traveled.. it’s not like a 10-15 kilometers travel, but it’s approximately 45 kilometers away. Yet I had the confidence that the cake has it’s fixed structure. And to sum up, the cake went to Kidapawan all safe and compact! Thank you Lord for Your goodness! 🙏🏻
