(Fried Fish in Coconut Milk)

Steps and Ingredients:
(1) Fry the Pandawan fish.
-Or any fish
(2) On the same pan, fry the eggplant.
(3) On a separate pan, sauté the aromatics.
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Tomatoes
Add:
Coconut milk
Ground black pepper
Fish sauce
(4) When it boils.
Add:
Brown sugar
(5) When the sauce is reduced,
Add the
Fried fish
Fried eggplant

Filipino-style Chicken Ala King

Steps and ingredients:

(1) Tenderizing the chicken breast.
(2) Coat with wet and dry ingredients.
Wet: Mix
1 Egg
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 cup Milk/evaporated milk

Dry: Mix
1 cup all Purpose flour
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Dry➡️Wet➡️Dry
Oil
And fry until golden brown.

(3) Ala King sauce
Saute:
Butter
Garlic
Onion
Carrots (diced)
Ground black pepper
Salt
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk/evaporated milk
Half knorr chicken cube
1 cup all purpose cream
Parsley

Side dish: Corn
