A successful and productive cluster meeting was conducted to align accomplishments with target outputs and ensure progress toward program goals.

A pre-assessment session was also carried out to evaluate the current status and accomplishments of PDOs in preparation for the upcoming assessment. During the activity, PDOs were oriented on the remaining deliverables and compliance requirements. Guidance and technical assistance were likewise provided to help them address gaps and complete the necessary requirements.

A project monitoring activity was conducted among Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) participants in Brgy. Balet to assess the progress, growth, and sustainability of their funded livelihood projects.

The activity evaluated the current status of the enterprises, including their operational performance, accomplishments, and challenges encountered. In addition, the MPDO conducted a capacity-building session aimed at enhancing the participants' knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to help strengthen and sustain their livelihood ventures.

The activity also provided an opportunity to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the projects continue to contribute to the beneficiaries' long-term income generation and economic stability.

A project monitoring and capacity-building activity was conducted in Brgy. San Miguel to assess the growth and sustainability of funded livelihood projects. The activity was made successful through the productive collaboration with the BLGU and the active participation of program beneficiaries.

The monitoring assessed the current status and progress of the enterprises, while the capacity-building session highlighted the essential characteristics of a successful entrepreneur, and how these play a vital role in sustaining and growing their livelihood projects. Practical discussions on enterprise management, simple bookkeeping, proper planning, and identifying opportunities for growth were also shared to strengthen long-term sustainability and income generation.

Recently conducted project monitoring activity in Brgy. Tagpopongan. So grateful for the productive collaboration with the BLGU and the active participation of the 17 program participants, which greatly contributed to the success of both the monitoring and capacity-building initiatives.

As part of the activity, a series of capacity-building sessions was conducted to further enhance the knowledge and skills of the beneficiaries. These sessions focused on equipping them with practical strategies on how to effectively manage, sustain, and improve their respective enterprises.

Emphasis was given on entrepreneurial mind setting, simple bookkeeping, proper planning, and identifying opportunities for growth to ensure that their livelihoods remain viable and continue to generate income.
