📢 REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES FOR GALLONS – PLEASE READ

To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and quality of our service, we are implementing the following guidelines regarding the acceptance of water containers:

✅ ACCEPTABLE GALLONS:

• Clean containers
• Containers with no cracks, severe dents, or holes
• Secure caps and seals

❌ WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

• Broken or cracked gallons
• Overused containers with dents or deformation
• Unrecyclable or expired containers
• Containers with leaking caps or loose/missing seals (if you wish to have new cap there would be additional fee)

💡Reminder: All returned containers are inspected before refill. Defective or damaged gallons will be returned and not charged, but must be replaced for future transactions.

We kindly ask all customers to cooperate and follow these guidelines to maintain the quality of our service and ensure everyone’s health and safety.
