Life wasn’t always easy. We came from humble families and faced our share of challenges. But education was always our priority. We are proud beneficiaries of the TDP Scholarship which gave us the opportunity to continue our studies. This support, coupled with our families unwavering belief in us, fueled our determination to succeed.
Every time one of us felt like quitting, the other two were there to remind her of our shared goal: “Balang araw, makakaahon din tayo/ mga ngabroad pa baya ta.”
Our bond grew stronger as we held on to our dreams not for fame, but to serve.
Today, we stand not just as cousin’s/sister in soul but as living proof that no dream is too high for those who persevere. We remain humble, never forgetting where we came from, and we use our success to inspire other young people especially those who think poverty is a barrier to their dreams.
Our story is not one of boasting, but of hope and inspiration that no matter how hard life gets, with determination, faith, and friendship, you can rise above challenges and achieve your dreams.
