Grateful for the opportunity to meet with the General Managers under the Sta. Lucia Group together with representatives from some of the country’s well known golf clubs.

We had a productive discussion on understanding golfers’ behavior, service standards, hospitality, and how we can create a dining experience that goes beyond great food.

Sta. Lucia Land is one of the Philippines’ largest real estate developers, with over 50 years of experience, 220+ development projects, and more than 10,000 hectares developed across the country. Their portfolio includes residential subdivisions, shopping malls, commercial developments, and some of the Philippines’ most recognized golf and country clubs.

As a chef, opportunities like this remind me that learning never stops. Every meeting with industry leaders is another chance to improve, innovate, and raise the standard of hospitality.
