The International Chefs Day 2025, organized by the Laurelian Aspiring Chefs Society (LACS), is a celebration of culinary talent, passion, and creativity among Laurelian students. This exciting event features two main categories — Savory and Pastry — where participants will showcase their skills in flavor development, plating design, and overall kitchen artistry.

Competitors are expected to bring their own ingredients and tools, practice proper hygiene and sanitation, and follow all kitchen safety protocols. Each dish will be judged based on taste, creativity, presentation, and technique, emphasizing not only flavor but also the discipline and professionalism of every aspiring chef.

More than just a contest, International Chefs Day embodies the spirit of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning — reminding every participant that cooking is not just about food, but about passion, purpose, and inspiration. 👨‍🍳🔥

We would like to inform you about our upcoming 4 culinary competitions for the upcoming International Chef's Day this coming Oct. 20 - 23, 2025:

Hot Kitchen – Young Chefs (Duo)
Hot Kitchen - Filipino Cuisine (Duo)
Cold Kitchen – Plated Desserts (Duo)
Cold Kitchen – Dress the Cake (Duo)

Those who register early will have the chance to receive their merch early as well! 🎁
For registration and inquiries, please proceed to the ICI Office and look for Ms. Fatima

Additionally, the registration will be up until October 20, 2025
