QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Three (3) years relevant experience in Human Resource
- Willing to be assigned at El Salvador City
- Willing to work under minimal supervision
- Computer literate
- Good verbal and written communication Skills
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing employment process
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluation
- Orient new employees and train existing employees
- Ensuring all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
- Cascade company rules and regulations and policies and make sure it is being followed
- Implement disciplinary actions
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees together with the company nurse and safety officer
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
