We would like to clarify that we do not release cash refunds or claimed change based solely on a customerβs statement. For the protection of both our customers and our business, all claims must first be verified through our records and CCTV footage.
Please understand that this process is not because we refuse to return money that rightfully belongs to a customer. We simply have a responsibility to ensure that every claim is legitimate and to protect our business from possible scams or misunderstandings.
At Koryan Unlimited, honesty and fairness have always been part of our values. We have worked hard to build our reputation over the years, and we would never risk the trust of our customers over a small amount of money. If a customer is entitled to receive their change, we will gladly return it after proper verification.
We also respectfully ask everyone to avoid making accusations before the verification process is completed. Checking CCTV footage and transaction records is a standard procedure to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
