Grateful hearts, calm moments, and meaningful connections. 🌿✨

Last April 09, 2026, we had the pleasure of sharing a beautiful journey with our guests through our CALM with Nature and Dingalan Central Tour experience—made even more special through our valued partnership with Royale Bon Voyage Travel and Tours Corporation. 🤝

With the gentle rhythm of nature and the quiet charm of Dingalan, every step became a moment to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Our heartfelt thanks as well to Kuya Yuan Vlog, our trusted local tour guide partner, whose care and dedication ensured that our guests felt safe, welcomed, and deeply connected to every destination.

A warm thank you to Leny Gawat for the sumptuous boodle lunch—truly a feast that brought everyone together and added comfort and joy to the experience. 🍃🍽️

Together, we create spaces where memories are not rushed — but softly lived. 🌾

HIMBABAO:

Ilokano Heritage on a Plate

At Zen Tierras Farm, himbabao connects us to our Ilokano roots. Picked straight from the tree, it goes farm-to-table the way INANG taught us.

Savory green, and full of memory — we cook it in dinengdeng and inabraw, in a traditional pot with gabi and kadyos also harvested in our farm ,just like family always had before in Cagayan and Isabela.

One tree. One dish. One story at a time.

This is our food heritage, served fresh from the farm to the family table.
Planting and growing our own food provides a sustainable supply of nutritious food for the family especially during this of crisis.

Thank you Prof. Ethan Hernandez for teaching us and unveiling the richness of biodiversity of our farm. Forest bathing and tour guiding now more informative for us and to our guest for an eco agritourism experience and nature therapy at Zen Tierras Farm.
Not just farm to table but FOREST to TABLE experience.

Kung naghahanap ka ng natural na preservative o pampahaba ng shelf life ng pagkain, kilalanin ang Hagithit (𝘗𝘩𝘳𝘺𝘯𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦), na kilala rin bilang Agit-git at Ahuket. Isa itong katutubong halaman sa Pilipinas na karaniwang matatagpuan sa kagubatan. Marami nito sa Zen Tierras Farm sa Dingalan, Aurora.

Sa ilang lugar sa bansa at sa ibang bansa, ginagamit ang mga dahon nito bilang pambalot ng suman at iba pang pagkain, lalo na kapag walang dahon ng saging. May mga pag-aaral na sumusuporta sa tradisyunal na paggamit na ito. Bukod sa pagiging biodegradable, ang dahon ng Hagithit ay may antiseptic properties at mataas na antimicrobial activity laban sa bacteria. Dahil dito ayon sa mga resulta ng pag-aaral, nakakatulong itong mapabagal ang pagkapanis ng pagkain.
