Good day! Happy Sunday!

To the buyers of our black sapote fruits, the best way to know if the fruit that you have is already ripe is thru touch. The unripe fruit is hard while the ripe fruit is soft to touch, almost mushy.

Visually you can distinguish the unripe fruit because it looks fuller, and shinier and it's more green on color. While the ripe fruit looks a bit bumby, more matte and is brownish green.

And don't be afraid if you think you're fruit is overripe, it tastes best when it is very soft and the pulp is very dark brown.
