Fermina's Farm is a family owned agricultural land - The farm was design and developed by ACA Architects a Bohol-based Architects who are passionate about bamboo and vernacular Architecture. The couple Architects integrated it's natural terrain, view, importance of flora and fauna, sustainability of the land into an eco-friendly design without compromising the existing land. Since the land owner had a practical knowledge in organic farming and permaculture design they developed, nurture and preserve the land on natural habitat and planted Philippine native trees as well as fruit bearing trees. The land comprises of Main Villa ( Natural Spring Infinity Private Pool, Outdoor shower, viewing deck office ), 5 numbers of “Bahay Kubo” inspired Guests Villas, Open Pavilion, Outdoor Fitness area, Pocket Children’s playground, Meditation or Yoga Area, Guests Natural Spring Infinity Pool Area, Organic Herbs and Vegetable Area, Poultry and Livestock Area, Parking Area.
