Sisig Pizza - A bold fusion of Filipino flavor and European technique.

We start with authentic Sisig, cooked the traditional way: boiled until tender, grilled for that distinct smoky flavor, then chopped and mixed with spices and calamansi, and chillies.

It’s topped onto our artisan dough, made with a French-Italian preferment method called poolish — a slow fermentation process that gives our crust better flavor, crisp-chewy texture, and easier digestibility.

Topped with savory pizza sauce, melty cheese, creamy mayo, and a fresh egg, then baked to perfection in our wood-fired oven.

All our pizzas use this same handcrafted dough — because you deserve nothing less than the best.
