Paglinawan Organic Eco Farm is hiring an Agriculturist to join our family-run organic agri-tourism farm in Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
โญ Plan, manage, and monitor organic crop production and sustainable farming practices
โญ Maintain farm records, reports, and documentation
โญ Support daily farm operations and continuous improvement of our organic systems

Who Weโ€™re Looking For:
โญ Believes in and practices organic, sustainable agriculture
โญ Computer- and smartphone-literate
โญ Organized in filing, record-keeping, and reporting
โญ Hardworking, takes initiative, and easy to train
โญ Willing to work both in an office and in the field

What a magical night it was to host the Division School Press Conference Mayorโ€™s Night where superintendents, school heads, faculty and local government employees from different districts and municipalities gather to be welcomed into Dumingag for their events happening from September 2 to 5 2026 โ˜บ๏ธ

Every workshop and activity in our packages puts our advocacy at the center, sprinkled with education and doused in fun. ๐Ÿคช

โญ Falcatta Package
Made for those who are first-time visitors to the farm and are not sure what to expect but would like to dive into the world of what we do here and why we do what we do. This half-day package gives you just enough to keep you wanting to come back for more.
โญ Narra Package
Everything in the Falcatta Package is included in this package + 4 immersive activities to add to the educational value. Get to learn how to cook food sustainably with our in-house chef, make your own organic composting and experience what it's like to make turmeric tea powder
โญ Acacia Package
Get all the best of both the Falcatta & Narra packages, BUT expanding the immersive activities and getting a chance to experience our beautiful Falcatta forest campsite at night during a boodle fight dinner underneath the stars (maybe a little bit of karaoke)

Hosted one of our most memorable farm tours

Why?

Well, 2 reasons: 1) It was the first time we had ever partnered with La Salle Ozamiz, a school we had sought to partner with for a while now. 2) After months of planning, we executed our FIRST EVER 2-day, 1 Night Immersive Educational Tour.

Different ways that we thought could highlight activities related to Agri-Business, Agri-Tourism, and our Agri-Cookery Slow Food the way we knew how, making sure sustainability was at the core.

Thank you to the school head, faculty, and everyone involved for making this happen, we had so much fun hosting this.
