ISUE among 16 areas under PAGASA’s ‘Danger’ level heat index today

Isabela State University Echague (ISUE) joins 15 other areas nationwide flagged for 'Danger' level heat index today. This is as per the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration's (PAGASA) bulletin at 5:00 in the afternoon yesterday, stating that the main campus may experience a heat index of up to 42°C today until tomorrow.
