Our passion for home stir fry begins in 1954, when Mateo Hidalgo created the brand HIDA with the same philosophy of innovation, tradition and quality which we maintain today. Since our beginning we work to combine wisdom and homemade preparations requirement with industrial production, seeking to enhance the flavor of the best stir fry tomato of the Spanish orchard. Hida Food starts his new stage in 2011 with facilities located in Mula (Murcia) of over 20,000 m2, equipped with the latest technology in machinery and food security with a daily production capacity of over 500,000 units. It is also the endearing name given to the Spanish city of Cartagena by its natives. The history of this city goes back three millennia and, as many other Spanish places, it has been enriched by each civilisation with which it came in contact. An important part of Spanish culture revolves around food, made with some of the best ingredients, processed with utmost care, while also incorporating the most modern manufacturing standards.
