🍞 MILK BUNS
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
¾ cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter
Method
1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt.
2. Add warm milk, knead soft dough.
3. Knead in butter, rest 1 hour.
4. Shape buns, proof 30 min.
5. Bake 350°F (180°C) – 18–20 min.
🍔 BURGER BUNS
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
½ cup warm milk
2 tbsp oil
Method
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Add milk & oil, knead smooth.
3. Proof 1 hour.
4. Shape buns, rest 30 min.
5. Bake 375°F (190°C) – 15–18 min.
🌭 HOT DOG BUNS
Ingredients
3 cups bread flour
2 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp butter
Method
1. Mix all ingredients, knead well.
2. Proof 1 hour.
3. Shape logs, proof 30 min.
4. Bake 375°F (190°C) – 18–20 min.
🍞 PAV BREAD
Ingredients
3⅓ cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
3 tbsp butter
Method
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add milk, knead soft.
3. Knead in butter, proof 1 hour.
4. Shape in pan, proof 30 min.
5. Bake 350°F (180°C) – 22–25 min.
🍔 SLIDER BUNS
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
¾ cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter
Method
1. Mix, knead smooth dough.
2. Proof 1 hour.
3. Shape small buns, proof 30 min.
4. Bake 350°F (180°C) – 15–18 min.
🍞 PULL-APART DINNER ROLLS
Ingredients
3½ cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
3 tbsp butter
Method
1. Mix dry, add milk.
2. Knead soft dough, add butter.
3. Proof 1 hour.
4. Shape rolls, proof 30 min.
5. Bake 350°F (180°C) – 20–22 min.
