After days of uncertainty, challenges, and recovery, this was our first Pica-Pica & Dessert Bar event after the earthquake. More than just a booking, it is a reminder that life goes on, celebrations continue, and hope remains.

Today, we had the privilege of serving a beautiful House Warming Celebration.

Just like frontliners, we show up no matter the challenges. Brownouts, unexpected earthquake, sleepless nights. Our commitment remains the same: to provide quality cakes and make every celebration special. ❤️🎂

Behind this post is a real story.

There are days na hindi perfect ang conditions,may pagkawala ng kuryente, may sudden changes sa schedule, minsan kailangan mag-adjust at magtrabaho kahit saan basta ma-deliver ang kailangan ng client. Pero kahit ganoon, tuloy pa rin.

Yesterday, June 9, we had to move production and continue baking outside the commissary just to meet an early morning wedding delivery. Starting at 4AM, with limited resources, pressure was high but the mission was clear: hindi pwedeng hindi matuloy ang kasal! ❤️🥹😇

Because behind every cake is not just ingredients, it’s trust. It’s someone’s celebration, prayer, & once-in-a-lifetime moment.

And that’s why we keep going.

This is more than baking. This is service. This is calling. This is NURSECHEFS. ❤️

Hindi pwedeng hindi matuloy ang kasal!

Today’s wedding cake is definitely worth sharing. 💍🎂

With no electricity in our commissary due to the current situation, we brought our tools and ingredients to the owner’s house and turned it into a temporary cake studio. Imagine the effort and pressure. We started baking and decorating at 4:00 AM and had to deliver the cake to the venue by 7:00 AM for an early morning wedding.

But when there is a wedding to celebrate and a commitment to fulfill, we do everything we can.

This is our calling as NurseChefs, to serve, adapt, and find solutions as long as it’s within our capacity. Challenges may come, but we believe every special occasion deserves to be celebrated.

And moments like this make it all worth it. ❤️
