Book Launching sa Hinimay.

GENERAL SANTOS CITY — Writer and educator Hannah Leceña launched her third book, "Silang May Ngalan," at Hinimay GenSan on Saturday, Aug. 15.

The short story collection, published through a grant from the National Book Development Board, marks Leceña’s first book written in Filipino.

Local literary groups, including the SOX Writers Collective and the Dadiangas Writers Society, attended the event. Spoken-word group Sigaw Heneral also performed during the launch.

Leceña, a resident of Kiamba, Sarangani, will continue her regional book tour with launches in Kiamba on Monday, Aug. 17, and at Mindanao State University-General Santos on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
