Decode extraction by mastering the 7 brewing parameters: temperature, grind size, ratio, agitation, water quality, filter, and dripper. Build recipes guided by sensory targets—not habit.

03 — Read the Data
Integrate refractometer analysis into your workflow. Measure TDS, track extraction, and translate numbers into actionable brew adjustments.

Identify and amplify positive organic acids like malic, citric, and lactic. Use sensory markers to push brightness, sweetness, and complexity with precision.
05 — Experiment Beyond Convention
Enter the lab. Explore advanced techniques like dual temperature and dual grind to create entirely new flavor dimensions.
