Level up your rice meals with this Creamy Mushroom Rice Ball recipe! Gawing mas pa with CDO Idol Cheesedog Go Balls!

Ingredients

•CDO Idol Cheesedog Go Balls
•3 pcs Large Eggs
•1 cup All Purpose Flour
•2 cups Bread Crumbs
•Vegetable Oil for Frying

For the Creamy Mushroom Rice

•2 cups Chicken Stock
•1 Tbps Olive Oil
•1 Tbps Butter
•¼ cup Onions, Chopped
•2 cloves Garlic, Minced
•3 pcs Shiitake Mushrooms, Minced
•1 cup Rice, uncooked
•Salt and Pepper to Taste
•1 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. In a pot, bring chicken stock to a boil.

2.In a separate pan, heat butter and oil. Sautee Garlic and onions.

3.Add rice and shiitake mushrooms.

4.Gradually add the boiling chicken stock.

5.Add parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

6.Stir until cooked and set aside to cool.

7.In a hot pan, quickly fry CDO Idol Cheesedog Go Balls.
8.Get a small amount of the cooled rice and flatten it on the palm of the hand.

9.Place one Go Ball on the flattened rice and form into a ball.

10.Dip the balls into flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown and dry on a wire rack.
Serve warm.
