🚨 Important Announcement: A Heartfelt Thank You from Baka - Lame!!!
Hey Guys! ❤️
We’ve been receiving tons of inquiries about Baka - Lame, and we truly appreciate all the love and support! However, after much thought, we’ve decided to pause our operations - not because we don’t love what we do, but because our schedules simply can’t keep up anymore. 😅
For those who don’t know, it’s just the two of us running BAKA LAME -especially ang "opao", who takes care of everything from market runs to cutting, marinating, and prepping. And on top of that, we both have full-time VA jobs. 😵‍💫
Why We Had to Hit Pause:
1️⃣ Our bodies are screaming for rest. 💤 We’d love to continue, but the hustle has been nonstop.
2️⃣ Beef prices skyrocketed. 🥩💸 Our USDA Angus Beef tripled in price, hitting ₱3,000 per order - crazy! Add operational and overhead costs, and it felt like we were just playing business. 🤣
But despite the challenges, we’re still incredibly grateful! In just three months, we were able to recoup our capital and earn a little revenue - all thanks to you, Generals! 🙌
Many of our friends told us that the food industry is one of the toughest, and now we can truly say they weren’t kidding! To all the food businesses out there still grinding - we salute you! 🫡🔥
What’s Next for Us?
If you’ve been following our journey, you know that we’re more into beauty, fashion, and dry goods - which is why we’re now focusing on Shevy's Radiant Rentwears💃✨ This business allows us to manage everything from home while working, thanks to our amazing team. And of course, we appreciate your continued trust and support! ❤️
