I figured to post this case any expats wanted to try a new spot!

Sublet for Dec and Jan while I am back in Canada, nice stone home in the beautiful non tourist trap (cheap and low on the scammy gold digging and tourist area Pricing) City of San Carlos Negros Occidental. Easily reachable for just 500 PHP from cebu airport! (It's the better Airport to arrive in if coming over)

Can rent just the Room and the house $350 Canadian, Or can add a motor bike for a monthly rental of just $300, semi automatic so easy to drive and great for going around the city on!

If landing in Cebu on the 3rd of Dec or early morning of the 4th I can meet personally to give keys, or can have someone give them to you if arriving after I'm gone. Can also just do 30-40 days and we can pro-rate it.

Gonna aim to re open in Feb 2026 after dead December and January... Like to hear folks opinions.... Should I go back to same area of gen San or any one know of a better spot with more ex pat traffic or a enclosed spot I can air con? Budget around 5-6k max per month rent... Ok with food parks for sure!

Also any other ex pats interested in partnering up as I have all the equipment n skills but it's time n man power I some times lack! But get quite a few emails weekly about shop n been closed since March so have a decent established client base!

FRIDAY end of the week and almost end of the month! Great drink deals tonight. And free karoake. Bring your darts to play in the new dart area 4 boards set up and no fee!

Open today and every night til midnight! Darts on Monday's and Thursdays. (Free) karaoke most evenings when no live bands!

Great western foods and home made deserts! Reall all beef fresh made in site burgers. Clubhouse sandwiches. Pasta dishes! And comming soon pulled pork!
