To Our Valued Customers,
We would like to inform everyone that Kuya is currently experiencing a serious health crisis and will remain in the hospital for treatment. Because of this unforeseen situation, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our operations until further notice.
For customers who currently have water gallons with us, we kindly ask that you visit our shop to personally pick up your empty gallons. After retrieving your gallons, you may bring them to any other water refilling station of your choice while our shop remains temporarily closed.
For those with pending orders that have not yet been picked up, we sincerely apologize, but we will have to cancel these orders for now. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
We humbly ask for your prayers for Kuya's strength and speedy recovery. Your kindness, support, and understanding mean more to us than words can express.
