Reflection: A lesson plan whether in a form of detailed, semi-detailed, DLP or DLL must be crafted based on what learning competencies we aim to develop among our learners based on assessment. It must not be done out of compliance ( for the sake of being able to submit something every Friday or Monday). What we are actually executing inside the classroom must be aligned on what is reflected on our plan. If we make it a habit to be teaching something that is based from downloaded, old and borrowed learning plans, we are not addressing the needs of our learners and we are not doing the real essence of teaching. We complain that our learners do not learn but do we personally and carefully design daily activities that will make them learn? Effective teachers put premium in planning very-well for their learners and execute it as if it is their last performance. 🙂🙂🙂

Ang kaisa isahang ibon na nagtangkang tumuka sa isang agila ay ang uwak..

Nag land siya sa likod ng agila, at tutukain sa leeg ang agila.

PERO! Hindi lalaban ang agila. Hindi niya uubusin ang lakas niya, para lumaban sa uwak..

Sa halip, ibubuka niya ang kanyang pakpak at lilipad siya ng mataas.

Mas mataas, mas maganda!

Habang pataas ng pataas, ang agila.. pahirap ng pahirap para sa uwak ang huminga..

Hanggang sa mahuhulog na lang ang uwak dahil naubusan ng oxygen at mamatay..

Sayo na nagbabasa nito 🙂

May mga bagay, pangyayari or even mga tao na pipilitin kang bumagsak.. Hihilahin ka pababa at susubukan kang ibagsak..

Alam mo, wag mo uubusin lakas at oras mo sa kanila.

Lipad ka ng mas mataas pa!
Mangarap ka ng mas mataas pa!

Eventually, kusa silang malalaglag.
