🌱 Transforming Farming into Agribusiness: A VM Farm Milestone 🌱
When farmers are empowered with the right business approach, easier access to financial institutions, and the guidance of the Department of Agriculture, farming transforms into a profitable and sustainable agribusiness.
We are proud to share that VM Farm is one of the borrowers of Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Credit Policy Council (DA-ACPC) for our coffee and banana expansion project, through Oro Savings and Sharing Multi-Purpose Cooperative, one of the Partner Lending Conduit of ACPC in Misamis Oriental.
This achievement reflects the collaborative efforts of our dedicated team and the continued support from the local Government unit of Gingoog thru the City Agriculture office, lead by coffee technician Sir Rolly Alcomeda, and now under the capable leadership of Sir Zurab Azidnal and Ma’am Miriam de la Plaza.
Since our bold move towards full development in October 2023, VM Farm has consistently pushed forward, proving that with vision and collaboration, farms can grow into brands. Our current progress is shaping a strong identity for VM Farm in the fields of coffee, hydroponics, and banana production — a triple-strength focus that drives our mission and future direction.
This is just the beginning. Together, we are redefining local agriculture.
