Kapenglumad RS Sons and Company, Inc. Most people started drinking cups of coffee just to feel more alert and awake and to get them through the day.

It’s surprising when something that was once considered questionable for your health turns out to have health benefits, usually with the proviso to use it “in moderation.” Coffee is one of the world's most popular drinks. But those were just commonly what drinkers are up to aside from its addictive taste and aroma. Some might still be unaware but scientific study has appeared reporting the hidden

health benefits of the liquid lightning. I'll just mention some to vindicate people who drink it religiously, and to guilt those who don't drink it, to start.NOW!

- Coffee might have anti-cancer properties.
- Coffee contains antioxidants that may offer some cardiovascular protection, and research is showing that it reduces the likelihood of developing diabetes, which is itself a major heart disease risk factor.
- Coffee drinkers had lower instances of dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
- Coffee could be stress reliever for some.

see? coffee isn't bad after all, but do not disregard the
old maxim " everything in moderation".

🎓 Just another two of our coffeeshop crew members who made it to the finish line while working with us. 🎓

We have watched Jamaica and Mary Rose rush behind the counter after long exams, study in the break room during their downtime, and give 100% to both their education and and their side hustles. There were tired eyes, but their smiles never faded.Today, the sleepless nights finally make sense.
