Introduced our new dish "Pulutuk" to good reviews, even to non-Capampangan taste buds. :)

The secret of the pulutuk is to wait for it to pop, hence the name. :) Clients would have wanted it spicier, and here I was worried that it was too spicy for them already, with 2 green chili peppers. :P
