Gallons are non-tradable; they must be returned - missing gallons will be paid for. All gallons are coded; we know exactly what and how many gallons you have at any given time. You cannot reason that you already returned a gallon when you have not. Once a gallon is emptied, it may be picked up along with your next delivery or along the way to someone else's delivery. Plea
se inform the courier "Omar" if an urgent delivery is to be made (once you have given him your emptied gallon) so that it may be put on priority within our list of deliveries for that specific day. Again, proper care of the gallons are advised for the drinker's safety and well-being.
* Do not mix in juice inside the gallon
* Do not let the gallon sit on any surface that is reached by the heat of the sun or any other household items that generate heat (eg. stove)
* Do not play with the gallon (eg. letting your kids put dirt inside)
* Do not fill the gallon with faucet water. These gallons are made for drinking, no other type of water must be poured inside to avoid contamination. Gallons must not be stocked for too long (over a month or so) preferably by 2 weeks they must be returned for regular cleaning and maintenance of the gallons. If a gallon we rented to you (if you do not have your own gallon to be refilled) isn't returned for over a month, we will have to ask for compensation money, not a replacement gallon. We do not take replacements of gallon once the gallon we have rented to you isn't returned. I can assure you that all gallons are brand new and well taken cared of in our facility. I can also assure you that our drinking water are tested once every 6 months and photos of our results will be posted as well for your viewing.
