Today was another productive day at Myriad Farms. The interns not only completed the vegetable plots, but also enclosed the area with protective netting to keep animals from entering and damaging the young crops. A simple task, but one that makes a big difference in ensuring a healthy and successful harvest.

Tomorrow, our eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes will finally be transplanted into their new home. From these small seedlings will come fresh, nutritious food for everyone here on the farm.

Farm life is hard work, but it is also one of the most rewarding ways to grow food, and hope. 🌿🍅🫑🍆

The interns have successfully finished preparing the Pure Patch area and have now moved on to another section of the farm dedicated to our vining vegetables, where ampalaya, patola, and other climbers will soon flourish.

Meanwhile, another team is busy preparing rich soil mixtures for our containers, where more vegetables will be grown.

Soon, these prepared plots and containers will be filled with healthy vegetables, and in time, they will become fresh ingredients for our daily meals.

Back at the Pure Patch, our interns are busy preparing the plots for eggplant, peppers, okra and tomatoes.

These are more than just vegetables they are future meals for everyone here on the farm.

Today they are preparing the plots, but they are also planting life skills, responsibility, and a deeper appreciation for where our food comes from.

The youth who learn to grow food today are the ones who will help nourish communities tomorrow.

At Myriad Farms, we believe that when young people connect with the land, they also discover their purpose.
