Today, the Guimbal Waterworks team is proud to join the celebration of the 5th OCA GARIN DAY. We are reflecting on the powerful words of Cong. Oca Garin: "Do Not Only Repay Kindness, Pass It On." To us, this means that public service isn't just a job it’s a commitment to keeping the ripple of kindness moving through every household in Guimbal.
