Original Longganiza Recipe of Danding (Bigote) Nosares. In 1945, Danding came up with a unique recipe for processed meat. He was the first Guinobateño to create Special Longganiza made from cubed pork with heavy on garlic flavor. For the past decades, Special Longganisa was only available upon order. Regular customers were tourists and balikbayans. At present, with the help of DTI, Danding's daugh

ter, Carmen Nosares-Ravago, improved the recipe and now uses pork hind leg (pigue) and indigenous ingredients (no preservatives).
