Made some sans rival cupcakes. I didn't have almond meal though. I didn't even have enough butter, so whatevs. 😂😂😂 not so bad because what can go wrong with cashews? 😋

After receiving quite a hurtful message as I could not make a specific cake for a customer, (as I would, in fact, lose money by making it), and being told that supermarket cakes are 'exactly the same anyway - probably better' I thought I'd highlight a few differences in the ingredients.
Cake bakers and decorators like myself got into this because of our love of baking and we truly enjoy what we do. But please don't mistake us for charities, as we have our own families to support the same as you do.

This strawberry sheet cake with strawberry cream cheese frosting is definitely to live for... it's sour and sweet and yummmmmmmmmm, my taste buds have never been so happy. 😂😂😂

After my last class at 12 am, I started baking cake for mother's day and dad's birthday, but I had mistakenly used duck eggs (tira ni mudra nung nagleche) in my buttercream. Oh my goodness, it tasted horrible. Wasting food is a pet peeve of mine; knowing that my buttercream will end up being thrown away and that I have to start from scratch again really pains my heart. :'( Nanghihinayang, nanghihinayang ang puso ko. 😭😭😭😭
