🔍 About the Role:
You’ll be managing and optimizing our hydroponic growing systems, ensuring healthy plant production and innovating with new methods in a clean and efficient environment. This is your chance to play a key role in sustainable farming practices.
✅ Responsibilities:
• Oversee hydroponic systems (Kratky focus)
• Monitor nutrients, pH levels, and water quality
• Select and maintain plants in hydroponic setups
• Troubleshoot and improve system efficiency
• Keep detailed crop and system records
🎓 Requirements:
• Experience in hydroponics, especially Kratky method
• Knowledge of plant nutrients and water chemistry
• Success in growing edible or ornamental plants
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Strong interest in eco-friendly farming
🌟 Bonus Points For:
• Other hydroponic/soil-less growing experience
• Ability to build or design hydro systems
• Education in agriculture, botany, or related fields
