175 rice farmer - TESDA scholars who graduated in the training on Production of High Quality In**ed Rice, and Seeds Certification, and Farm Mechanization under the Rice Extension Services Program (RESP) from different barangays in Kapatagan LDN.

In collaboration with the LGU Kapatagan through the Municipal Agriculture Office.

Attended by TESDA Provincial Director PD Norayah A. Acas, JD, Ms. Jhoylie Mae Caumban, ATI-RTC 10, RCEF Focal, Office of the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Leonillo Gorecho (SBM, Committee on Agriculture in Kapatagan) and ILSAA President, Engr. Allan M. Arnoco, owner of JIKA Farm.
