Meet π˜™π˜’π˜΄π˜’ 𝘊π˜ͺπ˜―π˜΅π˜’β€™π˜΄ 𝘧π˜ͺ𝘳𝘴𝘡 𝘱𝘳𝘰π˜₯𝘢𝘀𝘡, Chicken Pater!

Pater, also known as pastil, is a beloved rice meal in Mindanao, particularly associated with the Maguindanaoan and Maranao Muslim communities. Traditionally, it consists of steamed rice wrapped in banana leaves and served with seasoned shredded meat, commonly chicken, beef, or fish. Simple, affordable, and filling, pastil has become a familiar comfort food for many people in Mindanao.

For Rasa Cinta, we wanted to give this familiar favorite our own touch while keeping the heart of what makes pater special β€” flavorful food, simple ingredients, and the feeling of home in every bite. 🀎
