It was established last 2009 by Gina at Pala-o (near City Hospital), Gina's bbq started only with 2 kilos of pork bbq eventually the demand increases now gina's bbq xpress serving more than 50 kilos of pork bbq everyday. San Miguel (beside Adventist Medical Center formerly Mindanao Sanitarium & Hospital). PANDEMIC TIME:

IN 2020 GINAS BBQ PERMANENTLY CLOSED ITS PHYSICAL STORES. BUT A MONTH AFTER

ITS CLOSURE THE MANAGEMENT DECIDED TO OPEN AN ONLINE STORE AND CONTINUE OUR COMMINTENT TO SERVE THE ILIGANONS WITH OUR BEST TASTING BBQ. AS OF THIS DAY GINAS BBQ IS ACTIVE IN SOCIAL MEDIA FLAT FORMS. IN 2022 IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST GINAS BBQ IS BEING RE-BRAND WITH ITS NEW NAME : "BARTZ-BQ by Ginas" with our new slogan : YOU DESERVE THE BEST BBQ IN TOWN"
