Midshipman Bien Saint Jhames Allado, a first-year Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation student of this university, was involved in an accident last May 31 at Pototan, Iloilo.

He was initially admitted to Iloilo Provincial Hospital before being transferred to Western Visayas Medical Center.

Based in his X-ray results, he needs operation for the fracture bones in his pelvis, left tibia, and left femur.
