Long before Chicken Inasal became a national favorite, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘇 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 didn’t set out to change food culture, he simply brought his family’s grilling traditions with him. But destiny had bigger plans.
