OUR STORY
Adring’s Lechon started with Tatay Adring in his home kitchen in Arevalo. Known for making the whole barangay stop and listen for that skin to lupok, Tatay Adring had one rule: “Dapat ang panit mag lupok, ang unod mag namit.”
He roasted pigs for fiestas, birthdays, and Christmas — stuffed with tanglad, bawang, asin, at paminta, slow-roasted over live coals for 6-8 hours. What was once pang-pamilya lang became the lechon Iloilo celebrations couldn’t go without.
