But behind it all was a team of hardworking, passionate individuals who poured their time, energy, and hearts into making this business come to life. ๐ช๐ Nights before opening, tulog na ang lahat, kami lang ang gisingโchopping, marinating, frying, mixing.๐ฅฃ๐ณ Kapoy na pero hindi pwede mag give up, kasi walang wrap kung walang prep! ๐๐ฅ We dealt with unexpected rush hours, missing ingredients, budget problems, at โyung mga moments na nagtititigan na lang kami, hoping someone knew what to do next. ๐
