Pancit Molo originates from the Molo district in Iloilo City, Philippines. A comforting pork and chicken dumpling soup, it is the local Filipino adaptation of Chinese wonton soup. It gets the word "pancit" (noodle) from its thin wonton wrappers, despite having no traditional noodles.
