88,050 ektarya ng palayan ang maaring ulanin at maapektuhan ng bagyong Uwan na huling namataan sa silangan ng Borongan City, Eastern Samar o silangan ng Catarman, Northern Samar (12.6°N, 131.6°E).

Inaasahan ang landfall ng bagyo sa timog bahagi ng Isabela o hilagang bahagi ng Aurora bukas ng gabi o kinaumagahan ng Lunes.

Narito ang rainfall forecast ng PAGASA sa mga rice-planting provinces na maaring maapektuhan ng bagyong Uwan:
🔺 Matitinding ulan: Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, at Albay.
🔶 Malakas hanggang matitinding ulan: Quezon, Marinduque, Masbate, Sorsogon, Northern Samar, at Eastern Samar.
⚠️ Katamtaman hanggang malakas na ulan: Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Romblon, Samar, at Biliran.
