Made with two-layer soft white chiffon cake with yema filling in the middle, smothered with yema icing and topped with grated cheese. If that sentence doesn't make your mouth water then I don't know what will. 😛

Suprisingly, the cake in its entirety is not too sweet (imagining what Yema Cake might taste like). Every layer of texture and taste complements each other, you'll surely go back for more and more and more.
