Hey everyone, I’d like to give a heads up regarding our yogurt production. Since last week of December, our stocks of mother yogurt have been unavailable. I’ve been checking every supermarket from La Trinidad to Baguio every day, and up until now (January 12, 2026), I’ve had no luck. If you make Sagada-style yogurt yourself, you may have noticed this as well.
Making your own mother yogurt takes time, especially when producing in bulk. This has been an ongoing challenge for me over the past few weeks and on top of that, the trangkaso got me 🤒. I am doing better now 💪 but I kindly ask for a bit of patience if there are delays in orders. There will be limited stocks of yogurt displayed at Tinali Cafe .
