Today, we didn’t just drink coffee. We connected, learned, and dreamed. ☕🌿
Jez and I had the opportunity to attend 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 today, and it reminded us that building a café is more than choosing the right coffee beans or creating a beautiful space.
It’s about 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.
As we prepare to turn MAKARIOS into a new chapter, we’re learning from others, listening to experiences, and discovering new ideas that can help us create a place that truly feels like home.
A place where you can grab your coffee.
A place where you can enjoy good food.
A place where you can meet people.
A place where you can pause, connect, and belong. 🤎
