For four decades, a humble delicacy has quietly built a legacy in Lapu-Lapu City through the dedication and perseverance of Sir Victor, a longtime piyaya maker whose craft has stood the test of time.

Sir Victor began his journey in the 1980s when he settled in Lapu-Lapu City and started a small livelihood focused on cooking and selling piyaya at the Open Mercado near the Lapu-Lapu Auditorium.
