We are hosting a clear-out sale today, and as someone who has supported us, we feel it’s important to share the reason behind this move. This message is meant to keep you informed and not to cast blame or invite any negativity. We simply want to provide clarity about the situation that’s beyond our control.
The main reason for this transition is that we discovered unexpected issues with our rental situation, which left us in a difficult position. Although we trusted the information we were given, things turned out differently than we anticipated. We are currently taking appropriate steps to resolve this matter in a fair and respectful way.
While this has been a challenging experience, we remain hopeful and are looking forward to what’s next. This lesson, though difficult, has strengthened our commitment to serving you even better in the future.
We understand this comes as a surprise, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support. In case we have remaining stock after moving out, we’ll still be handling deliveries, with rates based on Maxim's standard, affordable pricing.
