A New Chapter for Lando’s
Okay, test mic, 1 2. Naka Ilang type erase ako pero eto na.
Lando’s started with a simple dream: gumawa ng place sa South where people can eat, drink, chill, listen to live music, support artists, and enjoy a night out without needing to drive all the way to Makati, BGC, or kung saan-saan pa.
Basically, gusto lang namin gumawa ng tambayan na may good food, good drinks, good music, and good vibes.
Simple dream lang siya nung una.
Tapos somehow, through prayers, puyat, stress, “kaya pa ba ‘to?” moments, emergency meetings, random plot twists, and a lot of “sige, push natin,” Lando’s became more than just a bar and restaurant.
Naging stage siya.
Naging tambayan.
Naging home for live music.
Naging place for barkadas, birthdays, date nights, family nights, tito nights, tita nights, and those legendary “one drink lang” nights na alam naman nating lahat hindi talaga one drink.
We’ve had the privilege of welcoming mainstream artists, indie artists, live bands, regulars, first-timers, friends, families, and people who made Lando’s feel alive every night.
And honestly, ang dami naming memories dito.
May mga nights na sobrang saya.
May mga nights na sobrang pagod.
May mga nights na napatanong kami, “Restaurant ba ‘to, concert venue, emotional support system, or lahat na?”
Pero kahit stressful, masaya.
Kahit pagod, worth it.
Kahit minsan parang business simulation game na naka-hard mode, proud kami sa nabuo.
But now, we’ve reached a point where we have to be honest with ourselves.
We love Lando’s. Sobra.
But love alone cannot run inventory, payroll, events, operations, marketing, staffing, supplier coordination, artist bookings, customer experience, and lahat ng biglaang “Boss, may concern po” moments every single week.
As owners, we were able to build the foundation. And we’re proud of that.
But we also know that Lando’s deserves more time, more focus, stronger systems, and the right kind of operator who can really take it to the next level.
In short, mahal namin ang Lando’s.
Pero baka hindi kami ang final boss.
Baka kami yung nag-start ng story, nag-build ng world, nag-unlock ng stage, pero may ibang mas bagay tumapos ng next campaign.
"Pinagtagpo pero hindi tinadhana..."
And that’s okay.
Sad? Of course.
Sayang? Hindi.
Because the memories, the music, the people, the artists, the laughs, the birthdays, the performances, the “one last song,” and the “one last drink” moments already made this journey worth it for us.
Now, our hope is to find the right person, group, operator, investor, or brave human being na gustong ipagpatuloy ang Lando’s and take it further than we currently can.
This is not just about taking over a space.
This is about continuing a music-oriented bar and restaurant with an existing identity, audience, venue setup, community, and love for Filipino music.
We’re looking for someone who understands what Lando’s is, respects what has already been built, and has the capacity, passion, and operational strength to grow it properly.
For serious takeover or acquisition discussions, please message the page directly or email us at [email protected].
To everyone who supported Lando’s, performed on our stage, celebrated with us, sang with us, laughed with us, drank with us, and made this place feel like home, maraming salamat.
Hindi pa ito goodbye.
Kung umabot ka hangang dito, tulungan mo naman ako at ishare to.
Sana mahanap lang natin yung tamang tao or grupo na tutuloy ng kanta.
